In the mouth
Silky and rounded on the palate, with fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish. Bright red fruit and citrus notes persist, balanced and elegant throughout.

Fresh and lively on the nose, with notes of ripe red berries—cherry, redcurrant, griottine—mingling with citrus zest and a whisper of raspberry.

Breeding
Lágrima Rouge comes from the tears of red port wine. During fermentation, the grapes undergo light maceration that is halted early to preserve primary aromas.

It pairs equally well with sparkling water or fresh orange juice. Ramos Pinto is a port house founded in 1880 in Porto (Portugal) by Adriano Ramos Pinto. Part of the Champagne Louis Roederer group since 1990. Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Vineyards in the Douro Superior. Range: Tawny (10, 20, 30 Year), Vintage, Late Bottled Vintage, Dois Aviadores (dry Douro wines). Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
