Breeding
Approximately 18 months in French oak barrels (100% new wood, but perfectly integrated).
On the eye
Deep purple robe with garnet highlights.
On the nose
An elegant and complex bouquet: ripe red fruits, violet, with subtle undertones of cedar and dark chocolate.
In the mouth
Velvety on the palate with silky tannins. Flavours of dark berries, plum and truffle develop with considerable length and balance.

Château La Fleur de Gay is an estate in the Pomerol appellation (Bordeaux, Right Bank). Area: 1 hectare. Selection of one of the finest parcels of Château Croix de Gay. Grape: Merlot (100%). Clay and gravel soils. Very limited production of around 3,000 bottles per year. Garage wine of great richness and concentration. Aged in new oak barrels.
