In the mouth
Silky, delicate palate with a graceful structure. The wine shows good balance between ripe fruit and integrated tannins, with a refined finish that lingers with understated elegance.
On the nose
Refined bouquet of dark berries and subtle spice, with an elegant complexity that unfolds gradually. The aromatics display the restraint and finesse characteristic of fine Graves.
On the eye
Deep, dark crimson robe with excellent concentration and clarity.
M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted or grilled meats, and holds its own with sauce-based dishes. It complements firm-fleshed fish such as tuna or swordfish with particular grace. Notably, it also offers an intriguing match with dark chocolate desserts, where its subtle spice and fruit complexity find genuine harmony.
