In the mouth
Ample and structured, with good flesh and juiciness across the palate. The wine carries fine length, with tannins that are present yet refined. A wine of substance and elegance in equal measure.

Generous and layered. Blackcurrant and violet emerge first, followed by a refined oak and vanilla character that speaks to thoughtful barrel ageing. The aromatics remain open and inviting throughout.

Deep, clear ruby with excellent definition
This Beaune pairs excellently with roasted game birds—a guinea fowl would be particularly harmonious—or with beef preparations such as tournedos.
