Product features : Chateau Pape Clement - Pessac-Leognan Blanc Grand Cru Classé 2021 — Pessac-Léognan

Breeding
Ageing on fine lees with regular stirring for 16 months.
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with bright, crystalline clarity
On the nose
A delicate, complex bouquet revealing white stone fruits, citrus zest, and subtle herbaceous notes with a mineral precision that speaks to the gravelly terroir of Pessac-Léognan.
In the mouth
The palate is refined and balanced, with a soft entry, crisp acidity, and a mineral-driven finish. The wine displays excellent definition without heaviness, with the fruit character remaining fresh and well-integrated throughout.
M. Francois
This vintage pairs beautifully with seared scallops, turbot en papillote, or roasted chicken with herbs. The wine's natural acidity and mineral character also make it an excellent companion to goat's cheese and lighter seafood preparations. Drink now through 2028.
