Breeding
In new oak barrels at 45% for 9 to 12 months
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with green glints; a luminous, crystalline appearance in the glass.
On the nose
Delicate and refined, with white floral notes—honeysuckle and acacia—touched by a subtle spice. The bouquet unfolds gradually, revealing mineral undertones characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
The palate opens with suave, honeyed notes before developing into a more structured, fruity character. Citrus and stone fruit emerge mid-palate, leading to a clean, persistent finish with excellent definition.
M. Francois
This wine proves an excellent companion to oysters and other shellfish, where its acidity and mineral quality enhance the briny character of the sea. It also pairs beautifully with sole, turbot, and other delicate white fish preparations. Serve well-chilled at 10–12°C to appreciate its subtlety.
