Product features : La Chablisienne Irancy 2021

Breeding
Made in stainless steel vats and sometimes in barrels of various wines
On the eye
Intense ruby-red robe with delicate pink-tinged highlights
On the nose
Expressively fruited, with pronounced notes of redcurrant and blackcurrant, followed by spiced and toasted undertones that add complexity.
In the mouth
Well-balanced and generously fruited with a juicy character. Subtle sweetness gives way to fine tannins that provide structure, power and a satisfying density on the finish.
M. Francois
Serve this Irancy with cured meats and cheese, or alongside roasted poultry with seasonal vegetables. The wine's structure and fruit-forward character make it a natural companion to informal entertaining. Decant thirty minutes before service to allow the wine to open fully.

LA CHABLISIENNE

Based in Chablis in the Yonne, La Chablisienne is the appellation's only cooperative, farming 1,250 hectares of Kimmeridgian limestone and marl and accounting for more than a quarter of all Chablis produced. Founded on 1st May 1923 by Abbé Balitrand, the cooperative today unites around 300 grower-members producing exclusively white Chardonnay, with both Terra Vitis and organic certification underpinning its environmental commitments. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the consistency of its range, the characteristic mineral expression of the Chablis terroir, and the seriousness of its approach to sustainable viticulture. A dependable reference for anyone seeking the true character of the appellation.
