Product features : Domaine Pierre Amadieu - Cotes du Rhone Blanc Grand Romane 2021 — Côtes du Rhône

In the mouth
Elegant entry with a surprising finish that reveals grapefruit and lemon notes, adding complexity and persistence to this well-balanced white.
On the nose
Aromas of white stone fruits—pear and peach—mingle with delicate white flowers, particularly acacia, creating an inviting and refined bouquet.
On the eye
Brilliant, pale golden robe with bright reflections
Breeding
Vinified entirely in barrels, of which 30% new oak, then stirred and aged on fine lees for 9 months
M. Francois
A versatile companion to simply grilled sea bream or creamy goat's cheese. The wine's natural acidity cuts through richness beautifully, making it equally at home with lighter seafood preparations or as an aperitif wine of genuine character.
