Elegant aromatics of red fruits, redcurrant and rose petals, with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Supple and fleshy on the palate, with silky tannins refined by excellent fruit ripeness. The wine displays remarkable roundness and fluidity for a Cabernet Franc, with impressive length.

DOMAINE DE LA BUTTE - JACKY BLOT
Domaine de la Butte is a wine estate in the Bourgueil appellation (Loire Valley), created in 2002 by Jacky Blot (also owner of Taille aux Loups in Montlouis). Grape: Cabernet Franc. Around 14 hectares on tuffeau, gravel and clay soils. Single-vineyard cuvées: Mi-Pente, Perrières, Haut de la Butte. Wines of great precision and fine depth.
