DOMAINE FERRET
Based in Fuissé, Saône-et-Loire, Domaine Ferret covers 17 hectares across the south-facing slopes of Pouilly-Fuissé, at the heart of the Mâconnais. Founded in 1840 and shaped for over a century by a remarkable line of women, the estate was acquired in 2008 by Maison Louis Jadot, who has continued its transition to organic viticulture across a mosaic of limestone, clay-limestone, marl and schist soils. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its parcel classification — a legacy of Jeanne Ferret — the precision of its Chardonnays, and the integrity of a vineyard managed with genuine care on one of the Mâconnais's most complex terroirs. A reliable reference for lovers of fine white Burgundy.
