Product features : Domaine Pierre Labet Beaune Rouge Clos du Dessus des Marconnets 2017

In the mouth
Ample and structured, with a juicy mid-palate and fine-grained tannins. The wine displays excellent length and a natural elegance that speaks to the quality of the vintage and the domaine's careful winemaking.
On the nose
The nose opens with blackcurrant bud and violet, followed by a refined oak and vanilla character that adds complexity without overwhelming the fruit. The bouquet is both open and profound, revealing layers with each return to the glass.
On the eye
Deep, clear ruby with an inviting intensity
M. Francois
This Beaune pairs beautifully with roasted game birds such as guinea fowl, where its acidity and tannin structure complement the richness of the meat. A tournedos of beef, particularly with a light sauce, would also be an excellent match, allowing the wine's complexity to shine alongside the beef's natural flavours.
