CHATEAU CROIX DE LABRIE
Situated at Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes in the Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Croix de Labrie farms 5 hectares under certified organic and biodynamic principles, with yields held to 30 hl/ha. Founded in 1991 by Michel and Ghislaine Puzio-Lesage, the château was taken over in 2013 by Axelle and Pierre Courdurié, who have shaped it into one of Bordeaux's most committed garage-wine addresses: carefully mapped parcels across clay-limestone, sandy and gravelly soils, and precise, low-intervention winemaking. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this château for its rigorous biodynamic approach, the character of its fragmented terroirs, and the aromatic precision of its reds — a compelling case for Saint-Émilion beyond the classified hierarchy.
