Produisant exclusivement des vins rouges, Moulis-en-Médoc est reconnue pour ses vins élégants et équilibrés. Composés principalement des cépages Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot et Cabernet Franc, les vins de cette appellation présentent des arômes de fruits rouges et noirs, d'épices, et parfois de notes boisées, soutenus par une structure tannique modérée.
