CHATEAU SAINT-PIERRE
Château Saint-Pierre covers 17 hectares of Günzian gravel in Saint-Julien-Beychevelle, at the heart of the Saint-Julien appellation. First recorded in 1693 under the name 'Serançan' and classified as a 4th Grand Cru in 1855, the château was reunified by Henri Martin in 1982 and subsequently passed to his daughter Françoise Triaud and her family. With Cabernet Sauvignon accounting for 75% of the blend, the château produces structured, age-worthy reds vinified with rigour at controlled yields of 35 to 45 hl/ha. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the integrity of its terroir, the continuity of family stewardship, and its commitment to organic conversion. A benchmark Saint-Julien, true to the spirit of the appellation.
