In the mouth
Demi-moelleux in character. The original sweetness has given way, with age, to layered flavours and genuine depth. The structure is elegant, the finish persistent.
On the nose
Powerful and undeniably complex: notes of beeswax and honey dominate, with secondary aromas that unfold as the wine opens in the glass.
On the eye
Straw-gold with amber-tinged reflections; a colour that speaks to considerable age and development.

This is a wine that rewards patience in the glass. As you taste, ripe and almost candied fruit notes emerge—mirabelle, quince preserve—and the palate keeps asking for another sip. It's a fine example of what Loire sweet wines can become when given time and skilled hands. A genuine pleasure.
