Product features : Chateau la Couspaude - Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé 2016

In the mouth
Generous and full-bodied on the palate, with a richness that speaks to ripe fruit and careful extraction. The wine displays good length and a balanced structure that will reward patient cellaring.
On the nose
The bouquet opens with ripe red and dark fruit, enveloped by pleasant toasted oak notes that add complexity without overwhelming the wine's natural aromatics. A sophisticated interplay of fruit and wood.
On the eye
Deep, vibrant ruby with an intense, luminous core characteristic of fine Saint-Emilion.
Breeding
18 to 20 months in new French oak barrels
M. Francois
The weight and texture of this wine make it an excellent companion to classic Bordelais cuisine. Consider it alongside lamproie à la Bordelaise, where the wine's richness and subtle tannins complement the dish's sauce perfectly. Equally suited to other game preparations and mature cheeses.
