On the eye
Brilliant golden robe with fine, persistent bubbles.
On the nose
Fresh and delicate, offering white fruit, pear and peach, with notes of fresh apricot and white and pink flowers. Subtle development reveals hints of dried fruit.
In the mouth
Creamy and generous on the palate with good vivacity. White fruit flavours persist through to a clean finish marked by citrus zest.
An excellent aperitif champagne, particularly suited to seafood preparations such as tempura. Its balance of freshness and generosity makes it equally welcoming with light canapés or as an aperitif on its own. The reserve wine component ensures it will develop gracefully over several years in a cool cellar.

La « maison » Jacquart a vu le jour en 1964, il s’agit d’un prestigieux domaine viticole Français situé dans le vignoble de la Champagne à Reims. Le domaine exploite une superficie plantée de vignes d’environ 350 hectares.
