In the mouth

12 months in vats and large wooden vessels, allowing the wine to retain its full fruity expression whilst developing fine tannic structure
This Côtes du Roussillon Villages expresses the terroir of Bila-Haut with considerable elegance and depth. Maison M. Chapoutier is a wine estate and merchant founded in 1808 in Tain-l'Hermitage (Drôme), Rhône Valley. Run by Michel Chapoutier since 1990. Over 350 hectares farmed biodynamically (Demeter certified). Appellations: Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage. Main grapes: Syrah, Marsanne, Grenache, Roussanne.
