- The Gavoty family has tended their single vineyard holding in Cabasse since 1806, now in organic conversion. This rosé embodies eight generations of accumulated knowledge and commitment to the terroir of Var.
- La Cigale is a natural companion to simple, unpretentious cooking—grilled fish, summer salads, charcuterie, and fresh cheeses all find their match in this wine's elegant restraint.
