  • Generous and well-structured, this wine surprises with its freshness and alluring exotic fruit character. The balance between ripe fruit and mineral precision makes it a compelling bottle that rewards careful attention.

In the mouth
The palate offers considerable volume and texture, with an almost creamy mouthfeel that belies the wine's dry character. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a satisfying impression of fruit and minerality.
On the nose
The bouquet unfolds with spiced and vanilla-tinged notes, complemented by hints of exotic fruit and a subtle mineral undertone. The aromatics suggest both ripeness and freshness in equal measure.
On the eye
Bright, pale yellow with excellent clarity and luminosity.
Breeding
Aged 12 months on fine lees.
M. Francois
This Sancerre pairs beautifully with Bresse chicken prepared with truffles, where its structure and fruit will complement the richness of the dish. It is equally at home alongside fresh, aged goat's cheese, where the wine's acidity and mineral notes provide an elegant counterpoint to the cheese's subtle tang.
