Product features : Jacquart Brut Mosaique Champagne 75cl

In the mouth
Creamy and generous on the palate, with good vivacity. White fruits dominate, finishing with a clean lemon-zest minerality that cleanses and invites another sip.
On the nose
Fresh and delicate. White stone fruits—pear and peach—lead to notes of fresh apricot and white blossom. As it opens, hints of dried fruit and brioche emerge.
On the eye
Brilliant golden robe with fine, persistent bubbles.
M. Francois
I reach for Mosaique when I want a champagne that performs without fuss. It's excellent as an aperitif—particularly with light seafood preparations such as tempura—and equally suited to the table with shellfish or early courses. The reserve wine component gives it more structure than many non-vintage champagnes at this level. A reliable choice.
