Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels (with a very limited proportion of new wood, approximately 20-30%) for 12 to 15 months

Violet florals lead to red fruit notes—cherry and raspberry—with a subtle chocolate undertone. The bouquet is refined and inviting.

DOMAINE LUCIEN CROCHET
Domaine Lucien Crochet is a wine estate in the Sancerre appellation, based in Bué (Cher), Loire Valley. Founded by Lucien Crochet, now run by Gilles Crochet. Around 37 hectares of vines. Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds and rosés). Limestone, flint and 'terres blanches' soils. Cuvées: La Croix du Roy, Le Chêne Marchand.
