DOMAINE SOLPAYRE
Domaine Solpayre is a wine estate in Roussillon (Languedoc-Roussillon). The estate works Mediterranean grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre on the schist and granite soils typical of the region. The wines capture the warmth of the Catalan terroir and the freshness brought by altitude. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
