A pioneering estate at the heart of Bourgueil

The story begins with Pierre Guyot, who established the estate in 1869 on the south-facing slopes of Ingrandes-de-Touraine, a commune in Indre-et-Loire sitting at the gateway to Touraine. For decades the property followed the cooperative model common to the region, but in 1947 Lucien Lamé and Yvonne Delisle took a decisive step: they bottled their own harvest themselves, one of the first producers in the Loire to do so.
