DOMAINE OCTAVIE
Domaine Octavie cultivates 32 hectares on the plateau of Oisly, in Loir-et-Cher, between the Loire and the Cher, on sandy Sologne soils over clay and flint. Founded in 1885 and passed through five generations of the Rouballay family, the estate opened a new chapter in summer 2024 when Anaëlle and Valentin took the helm — the first owners outside the founding family. Three years into organic conversion, their 2024 vintage marks the estate's first wines from fully certified organic grapes. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the integrity of its journey: a grounded Touraine address carried forward by a new generation that honours its roots while charting its own course. One to watch closely.
