CHAMPAGNE PIPER-HEIDSIECK
Established in Reims since 1785, Champagne Piper-Heidsieck is one of the great Houses of the Champagne appellation, farming 65 hectares across chalk and limestone soils. Founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck — who reputedly presented his champagne to Marie-Antoinette — the House passed in 2011 to EPI, the Descours family group, which has steered it towards rigorous environmental commitments: HVE and Terra Vitis certifications, followed by B Corp status achieved in 2022 and renewed in 2025. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the consistency of its Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay blends, the seriousness of its sustainability credentials, and the reliability of its blanc and rosé cuvées across vintages. A benchmark Champagne House built for the long term.
