M. Francois
This wine demonstrates the refinement possible within the Côtes de Bordeaux classification. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie and cured meats, where its acidity and fruit character provide excellent balance. Also well-suited to game terrines and soft cheeses. Best enjoyed at 16–17°C.
