Breeding
Aged on fine lees in oak barrels for approximately 6 to 12 months, with moderate use of new oak (20%) to preserve fruit purity and add complexity without dominating the aromas
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with silver glints. Bright and limpid.
On the nose
Refined and expressive bouquet. White flowers—hawthorn and acacia—combine with white-fleshed stone fruits: pear and apple. Mineral notes of flint and struck flint complete the aromatic profile.
In the mouth
Vibrant and tense on the palate, with prominent acidity that drives freshness. Citrus—lemon and grapefruit—mingles with green apple and pear, enhanced by chalky minerality. Silken texture and a long, saline finish of notable purity.
