Pionnier du vin naturel et du bio à Saint-Chinian, Marc Valette prend avec "Antonyme" le contre-pied des vins puissants et concentrés habituellement produits dans le Languedoc (d'où le nom de la cuvée). Grâce à la mise en avant du Cinsault et du Carignan vinifiés en souplesse, il signe un rouge bistronomique d'une buvabilité extrême. C'est le vin de copains par excellence : digeste, fruité, très frais et parfait pour les charcuteries, pizzas, grillades d'été ou tapas.
