Breeding
12 à 15 mois en barriques (environ 40 % de bois neuf et 60 % de fûts de 1 ou 2 vins). L'utilisation de bois français permet d'affiner les tanins de la Syrah tout en préservant l'éclat du fruit

Complexe et très aromatique. Il s'ouvre sur un bouquet raffiné de fleurs blanches, de fruits à chair blanche (poire, pêche), de poire mûre, rehaussé de notes de fruits exotiques et de discrètes touches d'épices douces comme le safran.
In the mouth
Un équilibre remarquable entre richesse et tension. L'attaque offre une belle rondeur et un gras élégant apportés par la Roussanne, immédiatement étayés par une acidité mûre, une grande finesse et une finale saline iodée typique des terroirs calcaires d'altitude.
Régulièrement salué par la critique internationale (Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate, La Revue du Vin de France), Quintessence Blanc casse les codes des blancs rhodaniens parfois jugés lourds. CHATEAU PESQUIE
Château Pesquié is a wine estate in the Ventoux appellation, at the foot of Mont Ventoux (Vaucluse). Owned by the Chaudière-Bastide family. Around 95 hectares at 300-400 m altitude. Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette. Organically farmed. The wines express the freshness brought by the altitude and the mistral of Ventoux.
