La bouche est remarquablement équilibrée, au toucher soyeux. On retrouve des arômes de fruits rouges, sur une trame épicée d'écorce de cannelle, de poivre blanc et de gingembre. La finale est fraîche et croquante, sur des notes d'eucalyptus
