Le Clos du Caillou cultive ses vignes en agriculture biologique depuis 2010 dans les Côtes du Rhône. Cette cuvée associe le Grenache avec Syrah, Mourvèdre et Cinsault pour construire un vin de belle fraîcheur et d'élégance. Robe rouge violine aux reflets brillants, nez discret de thym et romarin entrelacé de fruits rouges sauvages, bouche suave et onctueuse aux tannins veloutés. À table avec une pintade au four ou des côtelettes d'agneau.
