Product features : Domaine Tariquet Sauvignon

Breeding
Brief ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve the vibrancy and fruit character of the Sauvignon, with no oak influence
On the eye
Pale yellow with bright green glints, signalling the wine's characteristic freshness and youth.
On the nose
Expressive and distinctive. Intense citrus notes—mandarin and grapefruit—mingle with white orchard fruits, complemented by the herbaceous character typical of the variety: cut grass, box hedge, and a whisper of green tea.
In the mouth
A brisk, lively attack. The mid-palate reveals good amplitude with a pleasant sensation of ripe, crunchy grains. The finish is marked by refreshing salinity that extends the experience, leaving a clean, appetising conclusion.
M. Francois
Domaine Tariquet's Sauvignon is recognised as a reliable benchmark for Gascony. Its technical precision is noteworthy: whilst some Sauvignons can appear overly aggressive or sharp, Tariquet achieves an elegance and approachability that makes it genuinely pleasurable. A tonically balanced wine, perfectly calibrated for aperitif service or pairing with light seafood dishes.
