A Burgundy of character from the golden stone hills

  • This wine captures the essence of the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation with its crisp, fleshy character. The fruit-forward profile and natural freshness make it an approachable introduction to the region's distinctive terroir.
  • An ideal wine for rediscovering the breadth of Burgundy beyond the celebrated northern communes. Its balance and accessibility reward both seasoned enthusiasts and those newly exploring the region.
  • A natural companion to grilled meats, charcuterie, and rustic fare. Its moderate alcohol and bright acidity make it equally suited to informal gatherings and relaxed summer entertaining.

Breeding
Low-temperature fermentation to preserve fresh fruit character
On the eye
Deep, luminous ruby with excellent clarity and intensity
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of red berries—particularly redcurrant and cherry—with subtle floral notes and a whisper of mineral character
In the mouth
Supple and refined, with a palate of considerable depth. Red fruit flavours unfold with notable freshness and a fine, persistent finish that speaks to careful winemaking
M. Francois
Excellent with grilled meats, quality charcuterie, and aged cheeses. The wine's structure and acidity also complement savoury tarts and terrines. A versatile table wine that performs well across a range of informal dining occasions without pretension.
