Five generations of winemaking expertise
- This Minervois Blanc combines three Mediterranean varieties in harmonious balance. Roussanne contributes roundness and floral character; Grenache Blanc brings freshness and fruit; Vermentino adds vivacity and mineral definition to the whole.
- Cultivated at elevated altitude, the vineyard benefits from a cooler climate that preserves natural freshness whilst allowing the varieties to express their aromatic potential fully and distinctly.
- Certified organic since 2020. The Domaine practises sustainable viticulture that respects both terroir and environment.

Breeding
18 to 24 months exclusively in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new wood selected for the fineness of its grain

Floral and fruited bouquet with white flowers, pear and citrus notes. A subtle mineral undertone adds complexity and refinement to the aromatics.

Fresh and ample on the palate. White stone fruits—peach and pear—mingle with white flowers and honeyed notes, balanced by discreet minerality and a whisper of citrus. The finish is persistent, with good acidity that provides freshness and equilibrium throughout.

DOMAINE CAILHOL GAUTRAN
Domaine Cailhol Gautran farms 55 hectares on the limestone plateau of the Haut Minervois, at Aigues-Vives in the Hérault, producing certified organic red, white and rosé wines under the Minervois appellation. The estate's story begins in 1918, when Martin Gautran took on his brother-in-law's vineyard after the latter fell in the Great War. Fourth-generation owners Olivia and Nicolas Gautran took the helm in 2006 and achieved organic certification from the 2020 vintage. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this estate for the rigour of its approach: clay-limestone soils worked with real care, a fine range of southern varieties, and wines that faithfully express the character of the Massif Central foothills. A Minervois of genuine conviction.

Le Domaine Cailhol Gautran perpétue depuis cinq générations l\'art du Minervois blanc. L\'Esperandieu 2025 est un assemblage méditerranéen équilibré : Roussanne, Grenache Blanc et Vermentino conjuguent rondeur florale, fraîcheur fruitée et vivacité minérale. Cultivé en altitude sous certification biologique, ce blanc frais et élégant s\'épanouit à l\'apéritif ou aux côtés de poissons grillés et fruits de mer.
