Ageing in oak barrels for 10 months and 6 months in tank
On the eye
Pale straw-yellow with silvery reflections. Limpid and bright.
On the nose
Orchard fruit—apple and pear—with subtle almond notes. The bouquet develops slowly, revealing mineral undertones characteristic of the Saint-Aubin terroir.
In the mouth
Crisp and incisive, with a bracing acidity that defines the wine's character. The palate is clean and focused, finishing with a persistent, dry mineral edge.
This wine pairs exceptionally well with sole meunière or monkfish in beurre blanc. Its acidity cuts through rich sauces whilst its delicate fruit remains in balance. Serve at 10–12°C. Drink now through 2028.

Domaine Marc Colin et Fils is a family wine estate in Saint-Aubin (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy). Grapes: Chardonnay (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds). Appellations: Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Bourgogne. Around 19 hectares of vines. Traditional Burgundian vinification with oak-barrel ageing. White wines of great finesse.
