Ageing in French oak barrels
On the eye
Pale yellow with pronounced green glints.
On the nose
Green citrus zest, green apple, hawthorn blossom and a whisper of verbena. The aromatics are restrained and precise.
In the mouth
Incisive and linear. The wine possesses a clean, direct structure that carries through to a mineral finish. This is Puligny-Montrachet in its most classical expression.
A wine of considerable elegance that pairs beautifully with delicate fish preparations, particularly those featuring sorrel or other acidic elements that complement its mineral character. The 2024 vintage shows excellent balance and should develop gracefully over the coming years.

Domaine Marc Colin et Fils is a family wine estate in Saint-Aubin (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy). Grapes: Chardonnay (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds). Appellations: Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Bourgogne. Around 19 hectares of vines. Traditional Burgundian vinification with oak-barrel ageing. White wines of great finesse.
