Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels for 10 months and 6 months in tank
On the eye
Pale straw yellow with silvery glints. Perfectly clear and bright.
On the nose
Orchard fruit—apple and pear—with subtle almond notes. The bouquet unfolds gradually, revealing mineral undertones characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Crisp and incisive, with a pronounced mineral edge. The wine has presence and definition on the palate, with good acidity that carries the finish cleanly and persistently.
Excellent with monkfish in beurre blanc, where its acidity cuts through the richness of the sauce whilst its fruit complements the delicate flesh. Also pairs well with Dover sole, turbot, and shellfish preparations. Serve at 10–12°C to preserve its freshness and aromatic character.

Domaine Marc Colin et Fils is a family wine estate in Saint-Aubin (Côte de Beaune, Burgundy). Grapes: Chardonnay (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds). Appellations: Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Bourgogne. Around 19 hectares of vines. Traditional Burgundian vinification with oak-barrel ageing. White wines of great finesse.
