Breeding
On fine lees for 4 months
On the eye
Pale grapefruit-tinged colour, bright and translucent.
On the nose
The bouquet is delicate and restrained, with subtle citrus and white stone fruit notes. A whisper of herbs and mineral character emerges with air, reflecting the garrigue-influenced terroir.
In the mouth
The palate is lively and precise, with good acidity providing structure. Fine-grained tannins and a dry finish demonstrate the wine's serious intent. Mineral notes persist, suggesting food-friendly versatility.
M. Francois
This rosé excels as an apéritif amongst friends, where its refinement and freshness shine. It pairs naturally with Provençal cuisine—particularly seafood, grilled vegetables, and herb-forward dishes. The dry character and mineral backbone also suit Mediterranean mezze and lighter charcuterie.

DOMAINE DES DIABLES

Situated in Puyloubier at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire, Domaine des Diables covers 30 hectares of stony, calcareous soils under the Côtes de Provence appellation. In 2007, Virginie Fabre and Guillaume Philip rescued the long-abandoned Domaine de la Gavotte, renamed it, and set about rebuilding it from the ground up with clear ambition. The estate has been awarded a Prix d'Excellence at the Concours Général Agricole every year since 2011 — a mark of rare, consistent quality. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the precision of its red, white, and rosé blends and for the rigour with which this project has been driven since its refoundation. A Provençal address well worth following.
