Breeding
Fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control to preserve fruit finesse. Bottled six months after harvest.

In the mouth
Savoury and fruited on the palate with good volume and very supple tannins. The wine displays excellent balance and a clean, lingering finish.
A versatile table wine that pairs admirably with grilled meats, game birds, cheeses of character, and charcuterie. The wine's structure and fruit-forward character make it suitable for drinking now, whilst retaining sufficient substance for modest cellaring.

Vignobles Alain Jaume is a family wine estate in Orange (Vaucluse), Southern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1826. Around 85 hectares. Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Viognier. Appellations: Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Domaine Grand Veneur), Lirac, Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras. Organically farmed since 2010.
