Breeding
This wine is aged in oak barrels of second fill for approximately 24 months.
On the eye
Deep ruby with violet tinges, suggesting youth and vitality.
On the nose
Powerful bouquet of red and dark fruits with subtle oak influence. The aromatics are well-defined and layered, characteristic of quality Northern Rhône fruit.
In the mouth
Forthright attack with clean fruit expression. The tannins are rounded and supple, providing structure without harshness. Good length and balance throughout.
A natural companion to roasted red meats and game. The wine's structure and fruit-forward character also make it an excellent match for mature cheeses, particularly those with some age and complexity. Drink now or cellar for five to seven years.
