Breeding
Eighty per cent aged ten months in vat on fine lees, twenty per cent ten months in French oak casks.
On the eye
Pale straw yellow with golden highlights
On the nose
Considerable finesse and minerality. The nose reveals the delicate, fresh character typical of Mas Bruguière's vineyard sites, with white stone fruit and subtle floral notes.
In the mouth
The palate opens with pleasing roundness, supported by mineral acidity. White peach, mirabelle and subtle vanilla notes develop, finishing with gentle bitter notes that provide structure and appetite appeal.
An excellent accompaniment to spelt risotto with wild mushrooms, sea bass fillet, buttered cabbage, or roasted cod on a bed of leeks. The mineral freshness and moderate alcohol make it versatile at table.

Mas Bruguière is a wine estate in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation (Languedoc), in Valflaunès (Hérault). Owned by the Bruguière family since the 16th century. Around 20 hectares. Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre. Organically farmed. One of the historic Pic Saint-Loup estates. Cuvées: L'Arbouse, La Grenadière. Fresh, structured terroir wines.
