Breeding
30 months in new oak barrels.
On the eye
Pale yellow, brilliant and limpid in the glass.
On the nose
White flowers, hawthorn blossom, acacia honey. The aromatic intensity is considerable and sustained, speaking clearly of the vineyard's character.
In the mouth
Substantial richness and weight on the palate. The terroir expresses itself with considerable force and definition, delivering both material depth and structural power.
This wine rewards pairing with dishes of genuine substance and flavour. Consider it alongside homard thermidor, or a fillet of veal with morels. Its weight and mineral character will complement rather than compete with such preparations.

Domaine E. Guigal is a wine estate and merchant founded in 1946 in Ampuis (Rhône). Run by the Guigal family. Key appellations: Côte-Rôtie (La Mouline, La Turque, La Landonne), Condrieu, Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Grapes: Syrah, Viognier, Grenache, Marsanne. HERMITAGE BLANC
Le Domaine Guigal, fondé en 1946 à Ampuis, incarne l'excellence de l'Hermitage blanc. L'Ex-Voto 2022 exprime avec force la richesse du terroir : robe jaune paille brillante, nez de fleurs blanches et miel d'acacias, bouche charnue et généreuse. Un blanc de caractère, structuré par 30 mois d'élevage en fûts de chêne neuf, à servir avec des mets puissants.
