Châteauneuf-du-Pape's versatility suits grilled meats, lamb and duck admirably. Consider this wine alongside braised dishes, rich seafood preparations, or roasted vegetables with spice—particularly Moroccan-influenced fare such as chicken tagine with olives or smoked cauliflower steaks.
