M. Francois
Marc Colin's Les Champs Gains is a balanced, mineral-driven white Burgundy of considerable finesse. The interplay between Chardonnay's natural richness and the vineyard's mineral character creates a wine of genuine nobility. Excellent with noble fish and crustaceans, it will reveal greater complexity after several years in bottle. A distinguished choice for those who value terroir-driven elegance.
