Breeding
The wine is aged for approximately one year. The Clairette and Bourboulenc, which provide freshness, remain in stainless steel tanks, whilst the Grenache and Roussanne, which contribute richness, are aged in demi-muids (600L) or large wooden vats.

On the nose
Floral aromatics lead, followed by stone fruit. With aeration, the Brunier signature emerges: gunflint, sea salt and anise notes characteristic of the estate's terroir.

On the Crau plateau at Bédarrides, Famille Brunier farm 70 hectares of Châteauneuf-du-Pape across galets roulés and red clay soils, currently in organic conversion. Founded in 1891 by Henri Brunier, the estate is now in the hands of its sixth generation — Nicolas, Édouard and Manon — who joined between 2015 and 2018, bringing fresh rigour to a house already defined by its command of Grenache Noir and deep-rooted sense of terroir.
