Élevage de 6 à 12 mois en cuves et demi-muids afin d'assouplir les tanins tout en préservant l'éclat du fruit frais sans excès de boisement, reflétant le caractère authentique du terroir
On the eye
Robe rubis brillant aux reflets pourpres et grenat
On the nose
Gourmand, expressif et très fruité. Il s'ouvre sur des arômes de petits fruits rouges frais (cerise, framboise) et de cassis mûr.

Attaque souple, ronde et avenante. Le milieu de bouche offre une matière veloutée et fruitée, soutenue par des tanins fondus et digestes.

Le Clos des Fées is a wine estate in Vingrau (Pyrénées-Orientales), Roussillon. Founded in 1998 by Hervé Bizeul. Around 30 hectares on schist and limestone soils. Grapes: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre. Appellations: Côtes du Roussillon Villages. Cuvées: Le Clos des Fées, De Battre Mon Cœur s'est Arrêté, Vieilles Vignes. Wines of great intensity.
