DOMAINE DESHENRYS
Spread across 55 hectares in Alignan-du-Vent, Hérault, Domaine Deshenrys produces red, white and rosé wines under the Languedoc appellation, on soils ranging from ancient gravelly terraces to Miocene limestone. The Bouchard family has steered this estate across five generations, and its name pays quiet tribute to the given name Henry, borne by each successive head of the domaine since the 1998 takeover — a lineage confirmed as early as 1911 by a distinction at the Turin International Fair. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the clarity of its terroir — Villafranchian terraces for the reds, calcareous subsoils for the whites — and for a viticulture that speaks honestly of its land. A Languedoc estate with real character, and one we are glad to bring to your attention.
