Breeding
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Élevage on fine lees for several months with light stirring to add richness and complexity without weighing down the wine.

Vignobles Mourat is a family wine estate in Mareuil-sur-Lay (Vendée), southern Loire Valley. Founded by Jérémie Mourat. Around 70 hectares of vines. Grapes: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Négrette, Cabernet Franc. Appellations: Fiefs Vendéens, IGP Val de Loire. Organically farmed. Fresh and expressive wines.
