Breeding
Grenache is aged in concrete vat and Syrah is aged in wooden foudre.
On the eye
Deep garnet with violet highlights
On the nose
Open and expressive bouquet. Fresh ripe dark berries—blackcurrant, blackberry, bilberry—mingle with delicate smoked notes, inviting and approachable.
In the mouth
Balanced and elegant. Silky tannins frame the mineral and fruit-driven palate. Well-structured, mature, with good presence and a clean finish.
Serve with braised beef cheeks and root vegetables, or the classic Burgundian preparation of eggs in red wine sauce. The wine's mineral backbone and moderate alcohol make it equally suited to game terrines and aged hard cheeses. Best enjoyed at 16-17°C, decanted briefly if preferred.

MAS BRUGUIÈRE
Mas Bruguière is a wine estate in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation (Languedoc), in Valflaunès (Hérault). Owned by the Bruguière family since the 16th century. Around 20 hectares. Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre. Organically farmed. One of the historic Pic Saint-Loup estates. Cuvées: L'Arbouse, La Grenadière. Fresh, structured terroir wines.
